Hulas opened its door the last weekend of August at the old Half Moon. To some people it will always be the Half Moon, after Sue and Charlie ran it successfully for 30 years we really do have some big shoes to fill. Rather than try to replicate what they did, we are doing things a little differently. We still offer proper home cooked English classics including a fabulous roast on a Sunday but we have a selection of international dishes and snacks featuring a traditional tapas menu.
We opened up in a little bit of a hurry and so we are constantly changing and evolving the decor and, like a true Tiki bar, will forever be a work in progress as we collect more items and ideas from not just our travels but our customers and friends too.
We think everything on our menu is special but , we get a little creative and try out new things daily so check the blackboards and facebook to see todays!
